Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart Shopping online is virtually the same as shopping in a printed catalog or a physical store. Simply browse through our inventory. Finding What You Want We've made it as easy as possible to search our store and find what you want. Here's how it works. On the left side of every page is a product menu. For example, when you click on "Lead Heads" the menu will drop down a list of the different types of lead heads available. From there, you may choose the type and size of lead head you are looking for. At any time, you may click on the image or Item Number link and see a larger view of the item you are ordering. From this screen you may also choose from the different color, weight or qty. options that may be available for that product. At this step, you will have the opportunity to add the product to your shopping cart. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS You will never have to worry about items being out of stock when you buy from arkiejigs.com. Our web site maintains our inventory online, and will only allow that quantity of items to be ordered. This is a "live" inventory, which means it is updated as soon as someone adds that product to their shopping cart. If you try to order more of an item that is available, you will be immediately alerted to order a lower number. This feature elimiates backordered items, and partially filled orders. In short, if the web site will let you order an item, it is in stock, available for imediate delivery! Checking Out Your Order At any time you may click on the "View Cart" button and review your order. The Shopping Cart button lets you view a complete list of what you've ordered: which items, how many, their individual cost and a sub-total. If you're ready to purchase your order, proceed through the check out process. Optional Registration All that we really need to know about you is who you are and where you want your purchase sent. We do-not require you to register to complete a purchase with us. We offer shoppers the opportunity to either register before they order, or not. It is not a required thing. you will not receive any e-mail from us because you registered on the site. To receive produt updates and special promotions, you will have to subscribe to that service. If you choose to register, the web site will maintain your name, contact and shipping information only! It will not store you credit card or other billing information, anywhere. When you register you will be able to short-cut through the check-out processs, because when you "sign in" the site already knows who you are. For security reasons, you will have to re-enter your credit card number each time you shop. On-Line Security Your credit card numbers are kept safe with arkiejigs.com. For your security they are encrypted with the latest technology and processing takes place between your bank and ours. After that, we, nor anyone else, has access to you card number. This is far safer that buying lunch or gas on your credit card! Completing Your Order When you're done shopping and ready to check out, you will have the chance to confirm (and modify if necessary) your personal information. This includes shipping and billing addresses. Next you will need to choose a shipping method. Arkiejigs.com uses UPS shipping for all orders. We use a UPS plugin on our web site which figures your shipping based on weight and distance from Springdale, Arkansas. You will be able to choose your method of delivery speed at check out, which will affect the shipping charges applied to your bill. At this point you can see your final bill. All Product costs, tax and shipping are itemized and added together into a total charge for you to see. At this point you will enter your credit card information and complete your order. Immediately after you submit your order, we verify the credit card information and bill your account. We then begin to process your order to be shipped. At the same time you will receive a confirmation and copy of your order, by e-mail, from us. This lets you to know your order has been received, and gives you an order number.
