These jigs are designed with a casting hook are are best suited for casting to objects. Use these jigs with pork or plastic trailers for a lifelike presentation. Best line sizes are 10lb test and up, with a medium to heavy action casting or spinning rod. Try casting this jig across main lake points and bounce it along the bottom with a slow retrieve, or cast along tree or weed lines and retrieve it slowly with a lift and fall motion of your rod.
